Our Story

Texas Hot Honey began in 2021 when RC Gallegos set out to provide a more versatile condiment option for those in search of that "sweet heat", universal perfect condiment. After sampling dozens of honeys and studying the honey industry he chose our True Source Certified honey partner and began developing our flavors and recipes. After much R&D he settled on our current 4 flavors:

At Texas Hot Honey our philosophy is consistent with that of our partners, where our first priorities are quality and purity of our honey and by product, Texas Hot Honey, as we provide Foodies with a pure high quality honey that we have infused with different fresh chillies not concentrates for enjoyment and enhancement with many different foods. ie. pizza, fried chicken, chicken & waffles, BBQ, ice cream, salads, sandwiches, drinks & many other dishes.
